Notes: I sense a deload of some sort next week, maybe a week of abs and cardio. My back just has been tight, regardless of how much I warm up when I squat or deadlift. I ran out of time for more than one round on the lower body circuit.

Notes: For my de-load week I am going to be doing full body circuit/complex workouts M, W, & F and then abs & some kind of cardio the other days. I am also making an effort to eat a lot less, about 2000 calories a day as opposed to my usual 3-4000. I am not listing the weight used on the DB exercises, because I only have a set of 20 lb DBs.
