Maybe one day... My legs really have to get up if I do.

I am holding at 200 lbs... Gym has me scheduled for 5 days a week on teaching class, really going over good. Sold out every night this week. I also am doing some Personal Training. Doing my workouts in AM and everyone else in PM.

This class is killing me weight wise. I am holding 198 lbs. now for 2 days. Got out dairy to help get those bottom abs in better. Think it is helping, take pics again this weekend.

Holding 197 lbs... Teaching class 5 days a week, got a Speed and Agility class on Saturdays that I do for 10 yr. olds and up. Got kids working out with moms and dad's, no weight bearing alot of plymoterics.

Suppose to help at Womens Awareness conference this week. I am also getting my AFAA Certification. Staying busy....

Life Is Good !!! Getting several request for PT, got 2 clients right now and 3 more starting soon. I am teaching class twice on Monday's, once on Tuesday's, once on Wednesday's, once on Thursday, once on Friday's, and once on Saturday's. Had 34 folks in class the other evening...WOW. Suppose to do my class at ZUMBA NIGHT. Suppose to have over 300 folks at big ZUMBA event and they want me in PRE-SHOW.

Workouts are stong, and diet is cleaner than ever. Teaching class and PT is keeping me motivated.

Sounds great man.

We are about to open up our county rec center. It has the weight room, cardio, B-ball, arcade, walking track, climbing wall, bowling. Any advice on how to work the gym. We won't have any paid trainers.

PM me bro... I am actually helping with redesigning our current gym. The gym I am working at now is associated with the hospital here in town and we are looking at getting a new juice bar, knocking down walls for classes, clothing lines, etc.. I jumped on board at the perfect time.
