Thanks. I am always trying to find creative ways to destroy myself in the shortest possible amount of time with the fewest amount of exercises.

Thanks bud. I have been playing around with rest-pause for a few years and it's much more engaging for me than the same old type of stuff I have been performing for a long time. It's nice to have a change.
