Ha! I need to get caught up on the love child thing. I was Googling Arnold yesterday for a project and saw "love child" pop up and I knew something crazy was going on. Didn't have time to check into it though.

Played it by ear today. My lower back has been "out" for 3 days. It was 75 going into squats so I decided to test it. I rarely feel lower back on squats so I didn't think it would be a problem, and it wasn't.

The sets about 300 all felt heavy on my back but the reps were easy. A very good sign. I tried a few ultra-wide warmup sets and while easy, my depth is poor. At least 6-8 inches above parallel.

Pretty good session. First time I have squatted 80%+ in 3 months.
