I only do cardio when I feel like it. And that aint often.
Also, I try to keep it fun. Think beyond the treadmill.
Throw the frisbee around with your family, fly a kite with your daughter, etc.
It all burns cals and stokes the furnace.

I like doing cardio believe it or not. With that being said, I don't love cardio. I do other things at home as well. I have a five year old daughter and I am always outside playing with her and the other kids in the neighborhood. I am known as the 33 year ok'd kid around here. We have a trampoline and I love it! We go for bike rides. I also mow two yards plus my own each week with a push mower so it all adds up.

That's one of the best ways to incorporate cardio, kill two birds with one stone, as they say.

Great progress!! Transformation is awesome!

I just noticed I used "way" instead of "weigh". Anyways.......

I also went bike riding this day. I rode in my neighborhood about 2.25 miles and later in the evening I went mountain biking on a trail which was 3.6 miles. I had never really did anything like that before. It was fun but wow, it was a lot more tough than I ever thought it would be.

Oh, went to the driving range too.

.25 mile @ 04 minutes
Bike 3.00 miles @ 13 minutes

Ab Crunch machine 3 x 10 50lbs

Oh I am down to 194lbs too!
