THURSDAY: Workout B
I decided to finish off each exercise after my main lifts with an extra light set, nothing to crazy. just a little more reps with a lighter rep to increase some volume and just to focus mainly on keeping form nice and tight throughout the movement (not logging those)

1.BHN Push Press (Snatch Grip - 6x3) 135/145/155/165/175/175

2.Front Squat (3x5) 185/205/225

3.Seated DB Shoulder Press (3x5) 75/85/90

4.Underhand Grip Chin-ups (3x5) BW+25/BW+25/BW+30

5.Bench Press (3x5) 205/225/225

6.Dips (3x5) BW+45/BW+70/BW+70

Datum D. you are strong as furk buddy... Your lifts are at a great level mate, you are where i would like to be, I am watching how these oly style lifts treat you with major interest.

Very inspiring to see someone doing great work with a similar routine to mine and pushing some great numbers. Im glad im subbed to this

Thanks carl..im going to try take some video of my oly lifts, just gotta make sure its pretty dead when im there..would feel weird if people were around
