The platform was taken up by a bunch of people so instead i did
push press
6x1 last set was 215, explosive

squat
3x5 @ 225

Bench
3x5 @ 185

Barbell Row
3x5 @ 135

DB Lateral Raise Superset with Bent over raises
2x10 each

DB Biceps Curls
2x10

Abs
20 minute on bike

enjoyed some protein pancakes for post workout meal

Yea, I decided to just not post my deload week because yea..haha..but will be back hitting it hard next week with a slightly different progression but keeping pretty much the same exercises
