Posted a pic of the top 20 all time raw and all time squats regardless of gear for the 308 class. I am a good ways away from 1100 equipped, but thats the goal for the XPC semi. 800 raw, well I have no real idea. Going to do some heavier raw squats today and see what is reasonable.

Felt some pulling in my groin so i went ahead and shut it down. Didnt want to take any chances. I had hopped that I wouldnt really feel it deadlifting, and I didnt, but was more frustrated than anything. 645 was very fast. I had a 800lb raw squat in me today. Doing my best to train smart, time for a deload!

Smart move shutting it down big guy. Sometimes it's harder to train smart, but always worth it. You will crush 800 raw.
