Overall not a bad day. Everything felt heavy, and I was still sore from squatting. Going to train again Saturday morning, then hit the road home!

So let's see a "weak" 935 squat, a big bench PR post surgery which made you sore, and shredding your hands with a 635 double on deadlifts.
