haha not even maybe! I will prob get in the ram after a few sets and work up for a post surgery pr (not really hard to do!)

You really didnt miss much though, i was weak, slow. Chalking it up to last weeks squats and travel.

A weak and slow 935 squat while on vacation. Hmmmm.... yeah, sounds like a tough day at the office.
