Jb, I don't understand how you do it. I keep looking at your logs and the numbers are just amazing. I compare myself to you but I've only been lifting 2 years and some change. Gives me something to look forward to though

just a maintance type day. benched on friday last week, so didnt want to really push it.

leg press, wide as feet can go
3x25 super set with 3x50 leg ext
2x15 pause at bottom 2x50 leg ext

bench
3x10@bar
2x10@135
1x8@185
1x6@225
1x6@255
1x3@275, was feeling it in the pec so just shut it down

pull overs
1x10@20
1x10@30
1x10@40
1x10@50

starting to get good ROM back on these and no pain.
