Great reminders about form, rep work and chasing PR's that are not there, consistency, staying the course on your program, and ego. However, I have been guilty on some counts at any given time.

Nice arm work as well. However, I like that routine!

Haha - I should show that vid to all the guys on the Crew. I never see any of them writing down anything, so I doubt they keep a log, unless they remember everything until they get home. I am the only good boy who writes down everything so I can post it here and get flamed (Haha - J/K on the flaming)

HAHA well I only write it down when I get home, so they probably do that. They could very well have it all planned ahead, which I do most of the time anyway!

One of my training partners can tell you PR weights and reps for everyone in the gym for the last 10 years. Its pretty crazy. He doesnt write it down anymore thats how well he knows it haha.
