There are a few pics of the peck injury. the ones where you see no bruising was a few hrs after the tear, then the one with all the bruising is about 3 days later. The other is about 20 days later. There is also one of a tri injury I had last year. The last is my lunch meets for the week

Nice good ole boy twang in that voice. As big as you are, I imagined you with a deeper voice, though.

How come it's not better to squat and deadlift raw first like you are doing for bench?
