I of course, don't know much about gear, but I am glad your going to get it sorted. Not sure if I will be in it this year or not, but I am looking forward to trying it so I undertsand more what you guys are talking about haha

Rehab/warm ups: finally got this down to what is working for me.

Bench

1x10@115
1x10@135
1x10@155
1x10@175
2board 1x10@185

Super set
Curl combos 20 then 10
Band push down til hurt
Band facepulls 40 reps

Big day for me as tomorrow makes 16full weeks. Feel great about my progress and get a goal to be doing 205x10 before the end of February. Everything was light today and pain free. Confidence is building and it feels great to do a little training even if its small weight.

Thanks guys, most people will look at 175x10 and think its pretty weak. To be honest, its not real strong, but after the surgery, and at this point I am really happy. I ran the risk of not ever being able to bench heavy again, but at this point I can see a bench pr in 2013!

Not weak at all JB! Most average men, many weighing much more than 175, couldn't do that! Your doing it after being wrecked a few months back! It's very inspiring and in a few more months when you blow past my lifts then I can hate you ! Keep workin hard JB!
