Thinking about this, I also forgot I trained my quads with some heavy legpress on monday lol! No worries on the miss, Ill be taking 1100 in about 4 weeks

Things that I see went wrong. In no real order

1. lost upper back tightness
2. got fwd on my toes
3. hips come back on the inital drive
4. prob had a little to much work before I went to that set
5. Feet were not in good placement on set up

Feel free to point out anything you see.

O yeah, the 1025 for high for my tastes.

Good assessment. I did see your elbows come up a bit when you hit the hard sport, which just killed the effort. That's usually a sign the upper back went limp.

You'll get it hombre.
