Thanks guys, weights felt pretty good.

Did some light arms yesterday, and elbow was hurting.

I also supervised the putting up of the monolift attachment haha!

I have envy. Squatted out of a monolift once in my life and man did it make life easy.

I was wondering if you said you helped or not LOL!!! You did a great job watching. Guess when you squat over 800 you dont have to help do anything anymore!! Looking forward to pulling tonight or squating for that matter!!

Good grief that's some pressing! I think I'd lose control of my bodily functions if I lay down on a bench and saw 705 staring down at me! Do you and M Honeycutt train together?

deadlift: Got to the gym late do to a meeting, so jumped in pretty quick. Did all the deads in briefs and a belt

As crappy as 595 is, that is the most I have pulled since the hamstring injury. Strength is coming back nicely.
