warm ups with dumbbells for approx 20mins

shirt on
405x4 3board
495x3 2board,

655x1 chest,

245x25 with ram on

1x8 dumbbell pull overs

I should have done some more pullovers, but I was spent from the bench. Great day back in the benchshirt. Should be able to handle 700 down the boards again in a few weeks.

I have not sent it off yet. I put on another 6lbs and it fit a little better. I actually had to work to get 655 down a little. I did have the shirt jacked though.

I trained arms yesterday, about 10-12 sets of curls. I cant remember what all I did to be honest.
