I was happy how those weights felt. This is as close to raw as I can get without hurting my pec, so I am going to work with it for a few weeks. All the weights were easy, but I am no where near as strong as I was going into the SPF Nationals last June. My raw strength has dropped due to too much time in a shirt. Will probably work up to around 500 for a few reps in the next couple weeks with the ram. My best shirt benches came when my raw bench was in the 500 range. Got to get back there.

Haha yeah I made the jump. I didnt want to do but one more set, so I went to 335.
