tonight was suppose to be deadlift for 3x3 with 615 reverse bands, but couldnt find one of my bands. Decided to deadlift anyway, with just weight.

work sets included 575x3 615x3 675x1 PR, 705x0. 705 made it to just below my knees, but didnt have that in me tonight. finished off with 3 light sets of good mornings.

Its good to start my 1st week with a deadlift PR even though that wasnt the plan. I could be on track for a low 700 pull at nationals. The deadlift has been my weak point in my total, and I am sick of it. Time to change that.

Nice work JB. I set my dead goal at 700 as well, never really worked them until recently. Impressive lifts.

Thanks, I have deadlifted in the low 600s for 5 years. Time to change that. Body weight was 302.6 time AM
