Getting any knee tendinitis or strains from this?

I have an odd tendency to bring my knees in during box squats and get tendinitis almost immediately.

I have had no issues with it at this point. Its not bad, but worries me more than anything. Its in the transition out of the hole. Its odd because its on the way up, not as I start.

1x1@755 2board- died about 1/2 way up. Honeycutt got a nice curl.

10x10 pushdowns with medium weight. Only taking about 1min between sets. Have a sick tri pump.

Good and bad. Good news is that even with a few weeks off because of injury I can still hit 700 off the 1 board. Bad news is that I am not as strong as I was a few weeks ago. Next week I am going to attempt to get 675 down to the chest. This is where I need to open to be safe.
