Thanks, its been good so far. Week 3 is the hardest week. The original plan for week 3 was 755x3 then 775x3, but I am sure that will change after this squat workout. I am a rep ahead of where I had planned to be.

could feel the spot on my chest so I just stopped. It is diffently getting better though.
