Did a lot of curls, pushdowns, and various other stuff. Was just killing time in the gym. Couldnt tell you the numbers I did. Just wanted to make my arms hurt.

I feel your pain lol. I'm taking the week off from the gym which is a good thing cause I ended up getting a sinus infection over the weekend and it's still lingering. Guess I planned a week off just right.

Yeah, not fun for me. Was looking to handle some big weights from now until the week before the meet. Still would like to do a special olympics benefit meet this weekend. I will see how the pec feels on Friday, and decide then. For now I will just focus on that nasty squat workout that is on tap for tomorrow.

1x2@725 full gear- Crap walk out feet were way to close. Good news is that I can mess up and still make it look easy.
1x3@775 PR Much better walk out, good depth. Was pretty happy with this set.

Squat went well, 3 weeks of good squats in a row. Next week is the hardest week of the cycle. If I am clean on that one, then its going to be a big squat in November. Everyone at the gym had a solid day, some big weights being moved. Hopefully pec will heal up good enough to bench in the next week or so. For some reason I started to bleed from my right ear at 725. Not sure what that was all about, but I think it was just a zit in there lol. Never messed with my balance or anything
