haha thanks. I was in too big of a hurry at 705, was sloppy looking at it now. 755 was pretty smooth. Body is getting back into the groove of taking on bigger weights. Have a solid plan laid out of the next 6 weeks. Of course weights are always going to change some, but I have a good idea of what it will take me to hit 850+. I know if I am good for it walked out, should be able to hit more out of the monolift.

Just watched your vids on the first page... you have some smooth lifts my man... and you burried that squat
I recognise the guy spotting bench on the left of the video. That dude is always at meets. Lol

Thanks, I added 70lbs to the total at the SPF Nationals. Hope to break 2300 this meet, but that would be a perfect day. The guy on the left is Pat Flynn, he puts on the meet in Myrtle Beach.

Attempted to bench yesterday with no success. Pec is still bothering me. I worked up to 455 off 3 board and could feel it pulling. Decided to shut it down and wait another week. 2 weeks benching under 500lbs, if I go another week I might go nuts haha. Thanfully squat is moving.

Any suggestions? Done some stretching, enough muscle rub to kill a normal person. I think at some point i tore part of my pec minor and its just a reoccurring injury when I dont have a shirt on.

You really need someone to dig around in there and find out what's going on. Failing that I would recommend rolling your pec' with a lacrosse ball squeezed up against a wall. If you find a knot, stay there for a while. Are you familiar with the lifter Chris Duffin? He had major pec' surgery last year and has recently returned to the platform at the pro/am. He has a video on his YouTube channel that details how he rolls his pec' to keep it healthy. I can't link it from work but his channel name is Kabuki. Search that and you'll find.
