Thanks, I have some great training partners who have pushed me this far. Still a long way to go though.

1x0@455 2board- I just had Matt grab it. I didnt want to hurt my pec as I felt it pull.


Felt the same old injury any time I work my raw bench with any weights. Just a small pull in the left pec. Good news is that it dont feel to bad today. Should be ok by next week.
