Overall felt solid. Hamstring was a little tender, but for the fiirst real squat workout after injury I was happy. Walk out was a lot better this week. Still have a long way to go over the next 8 weeks, but I will get there.

It varies from week to week. Typically bench wise I always do my auxillary lifts on a 2nd day. Leg/back if I have enough energy after the work out I will do some stuff, if not I will hit them randomly during the week. I base everything off feel. If it feels like crap, I just dont do it haha.
