My hamstrings are still sore! I dont know how anyone could be a bodybuilder. They must have more screws lose than I do!

Yeah no kidding. If I did all the work for one bodypart each day like some of these guys I would be whining to my wife non-stop.

I was spent at this point. Bench shirt didnt feel good tonight, but all the raw work did. I will try and use the ram for a few sets next week. The 315 was light, but my wind sucks. Will try to work up to 15reps or so over the next 3weeks.
