Thanks guys,

I have been under 650+ for multiple sets the last 4 weeks. I ordered a Ram from Ken Anderson yesterday. Going to focus on using it for 4 weeks along with dumb bell work and lats. Also considering going back to my single ply shirt, just because multiply is a pain to touch in.

Is it technique with the multi ply or just the fact that you need monster weights to get the bar down?

I will through the video up tonight. Its a little both. I am teaching myself, and at times this can be an issue. My elbows were out way to far last week, which is why I couldnt touch. This week I was able to touch 705, and press it clean. It just feels like I have to get my elbows so far tucked that I am in bad position. I think I just need to be stronger to use such as strong shirt. This is why I am going back to some basics for a few weeks to try and bring up my bottom end strength levels.
