Hamstring finally felt good enough to do a little work, but not much.

deadlift
2x5@135
2x5@245
1x4@335 briefs on
1x4@435
1x2@525 suit on
1x2@525 no belt
1x1@615

Good news is that everything was pretty light, and I didnt hurt my hamstring. Would like to work up and follow a similar workout in the squat next week.

just did a lot of little stuff

3x50 leg extensions
3x8 ATG narrow squats raw
3x10 flat bench dumbbells
3x3 bench, working on set up.

1x1@750 missed with about 3 inches from lockout.

I feel that I would have smoked the 750 if I could keep it in groove. I dipped the bar too much to try and touch with the shirt. Have not had trouble touching untill today. I think I just have to make sure the shirt is as high as I can get it on every rep. Wanted to do 225 for a few sets, but tris are smoked! Busted the blood vessels on my eye lids and around my face. Wasnt going to win a beauty contest anyway!

Honestly I thought it would take you much longer for you to rebound. Great work hombre. I still can't get over how hard it is for you to touch with a shirt.

I think it has more to do with bad technique in a multiply shirt than the weights. I also thought I would be out for 6-8 weeks. Really shouldnt have backed out of olympia. Lesson learned.

Get stronger and kill it next year man.

The groove/technique part makes sense now that you mention it. I need to get me a cheap one to play around with.
