I let it support the small of my back. My actually arch is larger than 3inch, but its more to help increase the arch of my training partners. I only use it on raw work days and warm ups. I will not use it when I am in my bench shirt.

No problem, it saves my back big time. Allows me to have better lower body training due to less muscles soreness.

I've been getting cramping in my back a bit recently from arching so hopefully that'll help.

Lats were sore from benching, so just focused on some rear delts.

laying incline dumbbell raises 3x8@20lbs
standing cable face pulls 3x10@??

Did 3x8 towel stretches. Really made my shoulder feel better.
