8x1 mcgill pull ups
3x10 1 arm rows
3x10 dumbbell shrugs
3x10 kb swings
3x10 goblet squats
3x20 hammer curls
2x10 tri push downs
3 sets of mcgill crunches.

Just a little bit of everything today.

So are you going to follow the exact same programming as Brian? I saw you in one of the videos in his log on EFTS. it's a very interesting idea, only doing the big 3 on 1 day. Seems like the kind of programming only an elite could get away with.

I got a feeling if you listed the weights, it would be "a LOT a bit of everything"

Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Yeah, we are running the same set up for now. I am going to get into a short meet cycle here shortly. I have some plans for a meet at the end of may. Honestly this program could work for anyone. We have a guy who is doing it with us who has never done a meet before and only been lifting with us for a few months. He has made some solid jumps during this small block. He did a set of 4 in just knee sleeves that he struggled to do with wraps before the Arnold. The basic idea of it is this.

We stayed at an RPE of about 6 for the first 4 weeks. Started light to get adjust to the volume and worked up. We did the big 3 on saturday with very limited rest times. Monday we have done bench aux work, and Weds back and dead aux work. The whole point is to better condition us both for meets. Honestly its hell, sort of like BB for me. I will come back to it again for my next offseason block. It was a nice refresher for me, as it brought in new challenges.

haha the weights were not too heavy yesterday. I am beat up from Saturday and Monday.
