Tri is feeling a little better, so tried some board bench

warm ups
2x8@135
2x8@225
2board rest of the way out
1x10@315
1x5@365
1x4@385
did a set of close grip@225. It hurt my elbows so I stopped.

Could have done more weight/reps, but just dont have the power and the speed that I am use to. Hopefully next week I will be closer to 100%. Would like to do 405 for a few sets of 5 next week. Then throw on the shirt the following week. Just got to play it by feel

Slow process. Harder mentally than anything, that power just isnt there yet.

yeah using heat, and meds. I do some streching and rehab stuff with a band at night. Its slow, but I think one more week and I will be close to 100%.
