Haha. Made me laugh that Brian called you out on your rows! Makes me think there is hope for me yet. And that totally explained what you are trying to do with the explosive pullups. I think they will help me too. Thanks mate!

Yeah Mike, he made me change the way i row as well. I use to use a lot of body, now we do them with as much control as possible. Big change, but paying off.

This is why its important to at some point have a coach. I would have never found the issue on my own.
