Thanks for all the support MAB, it means a lot. I will do my best to represent us well!

Did some squats with the bow bar today...rrrraawwwww (that means no gear )

That was it. Loaded plates for my training partner. He is over coming a very very bad injury as well and just now starting to get back into the flow of lifting. Was good to see him handle some bigger weights.
