Squat day: as most of you know I am preparing for the 2013 xpc semi finals. This is for a spot to lift at the 2014 Arnold classic. I have decided to let the guys at team Sampson to direct my training for me. I feel it's best that I take a step back and just focus on lifting and not my own program. This was day 1.

Squats with giant chamber bar, single ply brief, belt, no wraps. No wraps for me was big as I have no idea when last time I had done more than 315 without wraps

Briefs on
1x5@335
1x5@425
1x5@515 about a 7 out of 10 effort scale
3x7@425
Raw pause squats regular bar
3x8 2 count paise@285

I am smoked and maybe 2nd guessing asking for help haha!

Recorded a few sets, I'll post video later.

Great looking squats. Was surprised to see no wraps but it makes sense.
