Basically got forced into a deload in the squat. I lifted at the school I work at. Nice racks, and equipment, but its just a normal olympic bar. It is too narrow for me to fit in, and the way the pins were I couldnt get my hands on the collar. So I ended up basically lifting it up without my arms on it, then putting my hands on the collars, then walking out. Anyway, this is how it went down.

Nice easy day considering all the set up issues.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. Haha thanks guys. There was a few kids left over from football workouts. So of course it freaked them out haha. I had a few kids I coached previously who are now playing in college in training as well. So of course those guys are celebrities to these kids. Hopefully it has a positive impact on them!
