Nice arm day big fella. It's so sad you miss being sore!

I used to get wicked sore benching, now I almost never do and I don't miss that one darn bit! I'm looking forward to the possibility that one day my quads might not be sore for two days after squatting!!

Congrats on the 1010 squat.


Quick question, do you feel you would have been on track for the 1010 if you'd been able to train bench as much as normal or do you feel that the more somewhat enforced relaxed approach to bench and some other exercises, due to the pec injury, possibly permitted you to add weight for the new PR?
