Whoa. Those 315 reps looked awesome. Better than the 275s! haha.

Remember hit at least 400 before gear whoring it up. Gotta beat Fazc to it. USA, USA!

I was playing around with 275 because one of my training partners was telling me I was doing them too fast ! Dont worry Mike, I am just sandbagging them

Used today to test the deadlift a little. I was still sore from the suspended GMs earlier in the week, but needed to get an idea where I am.

Everything was pretty easy. Going to push the squat on up next week and hopefully set up some sort of training cycle.
