recovery ... who ? when ? where ? ... He was taking some well deserved rest. Have you seen somebody doing squatting with 500 lbs in recovery mode ...

not there yet Rob, but the SSB has been a savior for me as far as lifting. It has added a new dynamic to the squat for me, while letting me train during an injury.

Did some rehab warm ups

50 curls, 50 standing dumbbell presses, stretches, arm windmills (front and back)
3x10 wall push ups. Moved back a little farther this week.
Layered some ice hot on my peck

Bench
2x20@bar
1x20@65
1x15@95
1x10@115

Of course the weights were light, but chest went fast. I should expect that, but I didnt. Started to get tired, and I am not to the point were I am willing to push it.

3x10 dumbbell skull crushers
3x10 curl then OHP with supra curl bar.

Nice little Bi/Tri pump. Good progress for 14 weeks
