100 reps with the 10lb dumbbell OHP/Curl combo
4x10 standing curl bar curls (25s per side)
4x20 seated zotman curls (35lb dumbbell)

Tris hurt from bench, Bis hurt from curls, going to blast the legs today.

I do as well, I think they are helpful in controlling the bench.

First time I have tried to deadlift any. Used a sumo stance, and used wraps as I went double over hand. Didnt seem to put any pressure on the peck.
