rehab day

nice little rotation of
dumbbell hammer curls for 1 minute
band tri push downs 10reps
standing dumbbell military press 10 reps

Did several rotations and held the boards some while one of my training partners got some work in. Long way to go, but still ahead of schedule.

Baby steps are gonna lead to the big steps. I like the comradery with the crew as well. Many times guys who are injured with my crew come out anyway to help witht stuff like boards, monolift, spotting, etc. Good to see.

Well Friday squat didnt go well at all! Stretched and then started to warm up. Felt some pulling in my groin, and didnt want to risk a stupid injury. Shut it down and did some other stuff.

3x6 good mornings with SSB
3x6 seated dumbbell military
bench
2x20@bar
1x20@65lbs

Yeah I know the weight is embarrassing, but its a step in the right direction. This workout was exactly 9 weeks after surgery.

Good work JB! First, I'm glad you were smart and didn't let your ego push you into making things worse! Second, you have nothing to be embarrassed about!!! At all!!! After a major injury like that most people would quit! Not to mention how fast you've come back and started putting in work! Great job and stay positive man!!!
