Wow, you sure have been thru alot. Makes me forget about my little naggies. I sure hope the recovery is on schedule and it won't negatively affect your lifting once it is healed or healed as much it will ever be.

Hamstrings were still sore from last week, yeah I know very sad!

went up in weight a little bit, hamstrings are smoked again. long way to go to get back into squatting shape, but then again.....im not suppose to be squatting

You are not supposed to Squat and you are doing 12*2 with 295.
