10x25 leg extensions. Started with 1 plate, moved up to 6 total (25lb plates)
4x20 hamstring curls (25lbs)

2x25 air squats.

got a little leg sorness.

Did some ROM rehab last night. Looks like a little bruising on the inside of my bicep, but cant really tell. I go back to the doctor today, tomorrow will make 5 weeks!
