Rehab is going good, pretty painful, but still going good. Been taking everything really easy as I am not suppose to be working it yet. Picking up some ROM back, and having less pain while doing it. This Friday Nov 2 will be 4 weeks.

Did some rebab and picked up a few inches of rom since last week. Then hit some legs.

5x25 leg extensions
5x15 hamstring curls

Peck is super tight, but I can pull back into bench position. I can lift it to eye level, front and side. Very weak tho. The pain is actually in my shoulder!
