you can see the knot on the bicep, and some swelling starting in the chest. Also my gut lol

Sorry to hear. Raw is a pec killer. I had a ram on when I hurt mine but luckily it wasn't to bad. Was in a shirt the next week with no pain(except the raw warmups). Hopefully yours isn't to bad too. Mine turned purplish for a couple of days but that went away. Ice,Ice, baby....
