I figured working on my traditional pull could only help my sumo. Besides, I suck at both anyway haha!

Yeah I work both conventional and sumo and both are horrendous. At least they are slowly getting less horrendous.

That's still monster deadlifting. I occasionally do sumo and some days it feels great while other days it flat out stinks. I also find sumo is better for me for singles while conventional is best for 3+ reps.

hurt the left peck today benching. Same one that I always hurt. Thats what I get for doing raw work lol! Hope that its just a strain and not a torn. got some blood already going into it.

I did 315x8, 365x5 or 6, then 405x1 and hurt it on the 2nd. Sad part is it was super light, after the first I felt I could have done 5-8. Hurt pretty bad initally, but after 3 rounds of ice, meds and some movement its not as bad. Donnie Thompson has a video about how to rehab it online. Just watched, will try tomorrow!
