deadlift: didnt do what I had in mind, but still got plenty of work. I tried to use a sumo stance, but it was hurting my wrist. Decided to just go raw and traditonal stance. Used straps so I could stay double overhand.

All you guys know, if you do this long enough you have to find ways to get work in. I honestly thought I was screwed, but training partner suggested to do double overhand. As far as raw strength, Im pretty sure If i pushed the tradtional pull for a few weeks I could pull 650 or so with it. My body type doesnt lend well to a tradtional pull.
