Yep I see it. I dont think I ever squeezed my shoulder blades tight. I tried to muscle the weight rather than have good form.

Pretty much any weight I want. I can take 800 down with no trouble as long as the straps are not tight.

Few people would bother attempting that kind of weight. Most would get crushed with 30% of it in fact! You'll hit 1100 soon enough and continue to astound.

My guess is too much work beforehand.
It hurt you on the break and kept you from being as tight as you needed to be. (Knees a little soft and hips a little behind you, resulting in your center of gravity being too far forward).
Fresh, I think you would have gotten it.

And like DX said, it's heavy

bench: still fighting with this wrist, took everything pretty slow. Still had to use suicide grip, and of course that scares me!

1x?@225 2board- not sure how many reps I did, 10 or so. Shoulder was getting tired by this point so I just shut it down.

Nice easy day overall. Wrist isnt too bad. 1st rep its ok, 2 starts to hurt, 3rd hurts haha!
