Did some band pull aparts, and rear delt work at the house yesterday. Wrist is coming along slowly, but is improving. Hope to work up to a big squat number Friday. Doubles up to around 1k, then hopefully a solid PR. Something better than 1025x2. Cross your fingers

squat day: Bodyweight is up to high. Made my gear tight enough that legs were going numb at about 900lbs.

2x8@135
2x5@245
2x4@355 briefs on
1x4@445
1x4@700 suit on
1x3@900 straps mid tight
1x1@1025 straps tight
1x0@1075! missed about 3/4 way up.

Drove it so hard at the hole I got fwd a little bit. Simple mistake to fix, and really dont feel too bad about the miss. Knew when my legs were hurting so bad that I prob should have shut it down, but 1025 was pretty light. Figured I could muster up another set. Took 3 people and 15mins or so to get me out of my suit. Then me another 20mins to get out of briefs. Need to drop off 4 or 5lbs before next full gear squat.
