Nice work JB. Did look like your wrists rolled a little forward on a couple of the heavy reps, but I certainly could be wrong.

I'll leave the advice to the experts. Looking forward to seeing what Roger says.

I agree, see it 2 watching the video. I think I have some form mistakes, but bottom line is I need to be stronger lol

left wrist is swollen, right bicep has a lill bruising in it. Deload bench next week

Can't see much from that angle. On the 730 the vid goes dark. From what I could see, they look OK. I still think you need to hold the weight at lockout, prior to racking it for about 2-3 seconds. You're in to much of a hurry to rack it. Not good come meet day.

wrist is still killing me so just did some leg press

I moved up weight every set. They set of 40 smoked me. Did one more set after that and quads were so full of blood I thought I was going to miss a rep haha!
