Nice benching J Byrd, you are handling some awesome weight. Another question for you, do you usually use the same raw warm up scheme before you get in the shirt? I'm thinking that I tend to get in my shirt to soon sometimes after I do 275x3.

I always go up to at least 405 before my shirt. If I have enough time and spotters will be there I try to work up to a solid number with the Ram on before the shirt. I like to be a little tired by the time I get to the shirt. I also dont like to take more than 50-75lbs jumps once in my shirt if I can avoid it!My form to the chest is pretty sloppy right now. I have a video from the last two bench reps last week. Ill get them up tomorrow sometime. I got in very late last night from Atlantic City. Have a wedding to go to tonight!
